By booking or purchasing online Reiki sessions, Akashic Records readings, intuitive card readings, or registering for any classes or events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. Rose-Marie Lowe provides online Reiki healing sessions, Akashic Records readings, card readings, classes, and events through platforms such as video calls, emails, or other agreed-upon means.

1.2. These services are spiritual, holistic, and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are advised to seek appropriate professional counsel for such matters.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. Clients must approach sessions and events with an open mind and understand that outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

2.2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information required for personalized services.

3. Disclaimers

3.1. Services are provided for informational, spiritual, or entertainment purposes only. Rose-Marie Lowe does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

3.2. The services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. Rose-Marie Lowe is not a licensed healthcare professional or counselor.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Client privacy is a priority. Personal information, session details, and any materials shared will remain confidential unless required by law.

4.2. If sessions are recorded for training, convenience, or promotional purposes, explicit written consent from the client will be obtained. Clients may opt out of recordings.

4.3. Data will be stored securely and used only for purposes related to the services provided.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1. All bookings must be made through this website.

5.2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm the session.

5.3. Additional taxes or fees may apply and will be disclosed during the booking process.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

6.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 before the scheduled time for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancelations made between 12 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund or may reschedule without penalty.

6.2. Late cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

6.3. Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 time, provided notice is given within the required timeframe.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds will be granted only under specific circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent the session from being completed.

7.2. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the spiritual guidance provided or disagreement with the insights or outcomes of the session.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1. Rose-Marie Lowe is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the services provided.

8.2. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use these services or provide verifiable parental or guardian consent.

9. Session Recording and Consent

9.1. Sessions may be recorded only with prior consent from the client.

9.2. Clients retain the right to decline session recordings. In such cases, no recordings will be made.

10. Amendments

10.1. Rose-Marie Lowe reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated through our website or via email.
